Customers should review the latest MSDS and product safety information labels.

Individual instructions for safe handling of the product contain information on protective equipment, if necessary, and on special storage conditions required to ensure safety.

Store away from heat and open flames in a cool, dry place.

Store tightly closed, otherwise the polymers will hydrolyze when exposed to moisture and form.

Finished products are packed in plastic drums of 5 kg, 25 kg, 200 kg, other specifications are subject to reservation.

● Used in sealants, adhesives, and coatings to enhance wet and dry adhesion to difficult-to-bond substrates such as glass, metal, and concrete. The methylsilyl moiety of the product condenses with inorganic surfaces, forming strong chemical bonds, while the amine group is covalently bonded to the base resin of the adhesive or sealant.

● The secondary amine group of this product gives it high alkalinity and is slightly less reactive than the primary amine group, so it can be used as a sealant for polyurethane.

● It is particularly suitable for unprimed, room temperature curing, one-component polyurethane systems which consist of a two-step isocyanate-water reaction and a silane crosslinking reaction.

● In the presence of water, the methoxysilyl group hydrolyzes to form a reactive silicone hydroxyl group that can combine with inorganic materials, and the organophilic amino group can react with suitable polymers. Due to the presence of 6 hydrolyzable substituents in a single molecule, BKTK-B1301 is particularly suitable for the formation of highly cross-linked network structures on or between substrates, as well as in organic matrices.
