Customers should review the latest MSDS and product safety information labels.
Individual instructions for safe handling of the product contain information on protective equipment, if necessary, and on special storage conditions required to ensure safety.
Store away from heat and open flames in a cool, dry place.
Keep tightly closed, otherwise it will hydrolyze and form polymers when exposed to moisture.
Finished products are packed in plastic drums of 5 kg, 25 kg, 200 kg, other specifications are available upon request.
When applied to footwear, it improves abrasion resistance, cut and pressure resistance, and improves flexibility.
Application to rollers allows for increased wear resistance, aging resistance, load-bearing capacity, improved processability, and reduced water absorption and hysteresis.
The use of mechanical casting products can increase the modulus of elasticity and thermal aging, improve dynamic characteristics, and reduce the expansion of viscous solvents.
Application in hoses improves abrasion resistance, appearance, elastic modulus, thermal aging characteristics and adhesion between reinforcing elements.
Application of products
It is used to increase the elastic modulus and tensile strength of rubber, significantly improving the wear resistance and compression of rubber, while reducing the viscosity of rubber, saving energy consumption for processing.
It is used in rubber formulations containing hydroxyl fillers, in di-bonded polymers or their mixtures.
Product description
This is a multifunctional organosilicon coupling agent that is successfully used in the rubber industry. Its function is to increase the elastic modulus and tensile strength of rubber, significantly improve wear resistance and compressive properties of rubber, and simultaneously reduce rubber viscosity and save processing energy. It is most suitable for rubber formulations that use hydroxyl-containing fillers in double-bonded polymers or their blends. Applicable fillers include silica fume, silicate, chalk, etc. Applicable rubbers include natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), isoprene rubber (IR), butadiene rubber (BR), nitrile rubber (NBR), and EPDM. This product provides more reliable protection against coking due to the less reactive dithiane functional group.
