This product is a binder containing epoxy group, which is used as a liner adhesive and sealant of polysulfide and polyurethane, an adhesive of epoxy resin, filled or reinforced thermosetting resin, an adhesive of glass fiber and thermoplastic resin used for inorganic filler or glass reinforcement, etc. It can be used as an adhesion promoter, surface modifier and dispersant.
It can be used as adhesion promoter, surface modifier, dispersant, mainly to improve the adhesion force and compatibility of inorganic mineral powder materials and fibers with polymer (resin), as well as the adhesion and water resistance of resin coating to inorganic substrate.
It can improve the electrical properties of many composite materials, including inorganically filled nylon and polybutylene terephthalate. It is effective on a wide range of fillers and matrices, such as clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz, and metals such as aluminum, copper, and iron. Includes quartz-filled epoxy sealants, premixed compounds, epoxy concrete repair materials or sand-filled coatings, as well as epoxy moldmaking materials and metal fillers.
Adhesion can be improved in water-based acrylic latex inserts and sealants, polyurethane-based coatings, and epoxy resins. In organic toners, it improves the compatibility, dispersion, and flow of adhesives.
