Hydroxysilicone Oil
1. Hydroxysilicone oil is used in the production of silicone hydroxyl emulsion, as a processing agent for fabric, paper, leather, widely used as a structure control agent in the processing of silicone rubber, can effectively control the structure effect between the mixing of rubber and white carbon black, improve the processing performance of silicone rubber, prolong the shelf life of rubber. It can also be used to synthesize various types of polysiloxane intermediates.
2. As a structure control agent for silicone rubber, it can simplify the processing of silicone rubber, improve the processing performance and enhance the transparency of products.
3. In textile and garment industry, it can be used as fabric softener, lubricant, waterproofing agent, finishing agent, etc.

Hydroxysilicone oil can improve the production process of coatings, maintain the storage stability of coatings, improve the construction process, improve the product quality, and give coatings some special properties, such as leveling, anti-scratch, anti-adhesion, pigment dispersion, smoothness, special surface effects, wetting, hydrophobization, foam inhibition and so on. Reasonable and proper selection of hydroxyl additives in silicone oil can effectively reduce costs and improve efficiency.
It should be stored separately from acids. Lighting, ventilation and other means in the storage room should be explosion-proof. When handling the product, unload it carefully so as not to damage the packaging and containers.
