This product is a binder containing epoxy group, which is used as liner adhesive and sealant of polysulfide and polyurethane, adhesive of epoxy resin filled or reinforced thermosetting resin, adhesive of glass fiber and thermoplastic resin used for inorganic filler or reinforcement of glass, etc. It can be used as adhesion promoter, surface modifier and dispersant.
It can be used as adhesion promoter, surface modifier, dispersant, mainly to improve the adhesion force and compatibility of inorganic mineral powder materials and fibers with polymer (resin), and the adhesion and water resistance of resin coating to inorganic substrate.
It is capable of improving the electrical properties of many composite materials including inorganically filled nylon and polybutylene terephthalate. It is effective on a wide range of fillers and matrices such as clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz or metals such as aluminum, copper and iron. Includes: quartz filled epoxy sealers, pre-mixed compounds, epoxy concrete repair or sand filled coatings, and epoxy mold and metal filler materials.
Adhesion can be improved in water-based acrylic latex inserts and sealants, polyurethane and epoxy coatings. In organic toners, it improves compatibility, dispersion and flowability of adhesives.
